I’ve been buying flowers, betel leaves, mango leaves, and other pooja essentials from them for several years now, and I’ve always had a great experience. The items are consistently fresh, and they’re very honest about shelf life. Their prices are also quite reasonable compared to others in the market. I’d definitely recommend them. Just be clear about what you’re looking for, and they’ll happily suggest the right product or solution to suit your needs. During festival seasons, there may be a bit of a wait because of the rush, but that simply shows how popular and trusted they are.

This is probably the 4th or 5th time we’ve gotten flowers from here. We deal with Anurag and he’s very friendly and patient. He tells you what color options he has available depending on when you order and tells you what’s possible. If you want custom garlands/Bollywood type garlands for a ceremony or mehndi/wedding, this should be your go-to place. We also ordered custom gajras for the hand for our bridal party for our mehndi event. Everything was as expected/beautiful.

Attention to detail: We contacted Anurag re: my daughter’s specific wishes for an ombré wedding garland as well as an extremely custom made pooja garland. To say that he went above and beyond in keeping with exactly what my daughter wanted is too less of a compliment! Anurag outdid himself with the garlands. We ended up getting ALL our wedding and Sangeet floral supplies from Balaji flowers including the grooms boutonnière, the groomsmen’s boutonnières, gajras and rose petals for our wedding petal cones. I would advise prospective clients to be patient—he’s not the most prompt of persons to reply, but he does get the job done to the tiniest T detail once he undertakes it. He was also very honest about advising us as to what could be accomplished and what could not. Such honesty is refreshing. Didn’t know that there was a flower store inside IGO, not sure if I saw any name boards outside . They should probably put one outside , so people can know about this shop. Being in Vivek’s and other flower shops , balaji has a lot of tough competition.. location wise this shop is good for a quick buy . Quality is comparable to Vivek’s .. sometimes on few days Vivek’ flowers have freshhhhhhh flowers .priced a little more . Overall good experience.. good luck 👍

I want to give them negative stars if it was possible. I ordered flowers for my baby shower, I communicated to them 10 days prior to remind them to ship in time. However they shipped it the 2 days before and The flowers were not that great.By the event day the complete order was spoiled , i had to re arrange flowers from produce junction spending extra money . When I called them back they were like we could have shipped them on different day but the shipping price might be high, if in such cases they should have told me earlier and I could pay extra and got them 1 day before. I received wrong flowers, especially told them i need exact onces but they messed the order. I spent around $95(flowers)+$30 (shipping) and spent 45$ again on flowers. Worst customer service. I would recommend Vivek flowers over balaji. Worst management. Anurag was the person who handled my order issue. After a day they stopped replying just said nothing can be done now.
